The Reök Palace in the Hungarian city of Szeged is an apartment building and an important example of Art Nouveau .

Ede Magyar designed the building erected in 1907 . The builder and first owner of the house was Iván Reök ; he was a hydrologist, civil engineer, wealthy landowner and member of parliament. The building itself is based more on the Belgian and French currents of this art movement and is therefore rather untypical for Hungary. The corner house is characterized by its curved roof line, purple and sea-green water lilies and the ornate balconies. In the stairwell there is a railing which shows flowers in full bloom. After the 1960s, the house was initially left to decay. Since it was in a desolate condition at the end of the 1990s, it was completely renovated and was able to reopen for the 100th anniversary in 2007.
