Real Tamale United
Real Tamale United is a Ghanaian football club from Tamale , which plays in the One League division .
The club, which was founded in 1978, has made it to the Ghanaian Cup final three times, but has not yet won any of the finals. The team, in the club colors black and white, plays its home games in the 21,017-seat Tamale Stadium . The most famous former player is Abédi Pelé , who also played in Germany for TSV 1860 Munich .
The incumbent Vice President of Ghana, Aliu Mahama, was a founding member .
