Rebecca Chiu Wing Yin ( Chinese  趙詠賢 ; born November 24, 1978 in Hong Kong ) is a former Hong Kong squash player .

Career

Rebecca Chiu began her professional career in the 1993 season and won 16 titles on the WSA World Tour by the time she retired at the end of 2010 . She reached her highest ranking in the world rankings with position 13 in October 2007. At the Asian Games she won a total of four medals. She won three silver medals in the individual competitions in 1998 and 2006, as well as with the team in 2010. In the individual in 2002, she won the gold medal against Nicol David , to whom she was defeated in 1998 and 2006. At the Asian Championships , she was five times in the finals between 2000 and 2010, but lost them all to Nicol David. With the Hong Kong squash national team , she won the Asian Championships in 2000 and 2010. At the Hong Kong Championships , she won a total of thirteen titles between 1995 and 2008.
