The Rebmann Glacier is a glacier near the summit of Kilimanjaro in Tanzania and is only a small remnant of the mighty ice cap that once crowned the summit of Kilimanjaro. This ice mass has receded significantly in the past century and between 1912 and 2000 lost 82% of the glacier ice on the mountain. The Rebmann Glacier is named after the German missionary and explorer Johannes Rebmann , who was the first white explorer to see Kilimanjaro in 1848 and reported about it as well as the snow and glaciers on Kilimanjaro.

The glacier drains via mountain streams to Jipe Lake in the Pangani river system .
