As a legal intern in is Austria a person referred that after completion of legal scientific study the court practice completed. The training is regulated by the Legal Internship Act 1987 (RPG). In some countries, the legal intern is the person who does the legal internship for educational and preparatory purposes at an institution or in a private organization (company). The program is regulated by the relevant study or training regulations of the educational institutions.
