Right speaker (CCI) ( English Legal Advisor (CCI) ) in accordance with § 12 FernUSG a nationwide state approved for working distance learning and the CCI in the Saarland certified.

Course objective

The aim of the course is to impart basic legal knowledge from the three main areas of law , criminal law , civil law and public law , as well as labor law , civil procedural law and enforcement law , in order to record and prepare facts from a legal point of view.

At the end of the course, the graduate should be able to solve simple legal issues himself, and at least be able to classify more complex cases correctly. In addition, the legal officer should be able to understand the legal vocabulary to e.g. B. to give precise orders to external lawyers or to provide them with qualified support.
