Denial of justice

In legal parlance, the term denial of rights denotes the failure of a court or administrative authority to decide in a legal case presented despite jurisdiction.

It is like a violation of the law by a wrongful violation of the legal process , as in rule of law in general, a Justice granting right of the individual or is a judicial granting duty of the state and thus a ban on denial of justice. Depending on the respective national legal system as well as the subject matter of the proceedings and the court concerned, various legal remedies are possible against a denial of rights in certain situations, from an administrative complaint to a constitutional complaint .
