The RedIT (proper spelling: redIT ), established in train is an IT solutions provider for companies in German-speaking Switzerland. RedIT stands for RedIT Services AG and RedIT Dynamics ZG AG, these are two companies of the Beelk Group.

RedIT Dynamics ZG AG develops ERP business software based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Customers use this industry solution for financial management, administration of personnel data, purchasing and order confirmations through to project and service planning.

RedIT Services AG plans, implements and looks after IT solutions of all kinds for companies. Cloud services, IT services, IT infrastructure. Another field is hardware and software as well as license consulting.

Company history

In 2007, RedIT employed 299 people at eleven locations and generated sales of 97.1 million Swiss francs. Since then, the company has shrunk significantly: in 2009, sales fell to 53.6 million Swiss francs, in 2011 RedIT still employed 130 people at five locations.

The company was starting from July 1, 2004 on the main segment of the Swiss Exchange SWX Swiss Exchange listed (symbol: RITN). At the end of November 2009, the company was delisted based on a decision by the General Meeting.

On June 17, 2014, the name of RedIT AG was changed to Tider AG. Tider AG has been in liquidation since July 4, 2014. RedIT continues to exist as a company of the Beelk Group.
