Red lobster

Red Lobster ("Red Lobster") is an American sea food chain whose first restaurant was founded in 1968. Seafood and lobster , among others, are served. The company's headquarters are in Orlando , Florida . The idea comes from the operators of the SeaWorld theme park located there . From 1995 to 2014 it was owned by chain restaurant operator Darden Restaurants , which sold it to Golden Gate Capital for US $ 2.1 billion . There are now 680 stores in the United States and Canada.
