Redlberg

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Redlberg was a district of the municipality of Ascha in the Lower Bavarian district of Straubing-Bogen .

In the official register of places for Bavaria based on the census of September 13, 1950, Redlberg is described as a wasteland half a kilometer from Ascha, with a residential building and six residents. The church affiliation exists with the Catholic parish Ascha and the Protestant parish in Straubing. The entry is marked as "Name not yet officially granted". The place is no longer listed in later place directories.

A source gives the presumable location of the western part of today's Hochfeld district . This information coincides with the name of the corridor in the first recording (1808–1864) and with a position sheet (1817–1841), on which a residential building is also shown. Already in church records from 1658 the place is mentioned as belonging to the parish of Ascha.
