Re-educational approach
A re- educational approach is a specific organizational development approach .
The co-founder of MIT based this OE approach on the basis of his findings from research into feedback processes in groups .
The basic understanding of the educational approach is the assumption:
- Organizations are over- bureaucratized and
- have too strong hierarchical structures.
The consequences of this are:
- bad working atmosphere
- insufficient work motivation
- Unused creativity and competence potential.
By concentrating on improving interpersonal relationships and communication in the company , performance blocks and barriers to effectiveness are reduced.
