Refaktie

Refaktie (Dutch; French réfaction , English abatement , Latin refectio ; "restoration") is an expression from the commercial language for:

  1. a deduction from the net weight and the purchase price. The deduction is made for damaged or unusable parts of the goods, such as coffee , tea or cloves, also Fusti (Ital. Fusto = stems, stems, Pl. Fusti called), based on contract or commercial usage § 380 para. 2 HGB ,
  2. the original designation of the remuneration paid to an individual freight forwarder at the end of the year for heavy use of a railroad in the rail freight sector.
  3. a voluntary or contractually agreed reimbursement ( bonus ) when calculating freight.
