The Reggnalm , sometimes also known as the Reggenalm , is a Melkalm at 2248 meters above sea level above the East Tyrolean town of St. Jakob in Defereggen in the outer zone of the Hohe Tauern National Park .

The alpine pasture site has been occupied for centuries; the hut that stands today was rebuilt in the 1920s after a fire.

The pasture is managed over the summer months, the cattle drive (currently around twenty to thirty dairy cows and young cattle) usually takes place in the last weeks of June, the cattle drive towards the end of September depending on the weather conditions. Due to the considerable height for a Melkalm - with a pasture area up to an altitude of almost 2600 meters one of the highest locations in the Eastern Alps - a traffic connection through a forest road was out of the question; the milk obtained is processed and used in the traditional way on site.

The Reggnalm is located on the top of the Blumenweg high path , via which the Seespitze can also be reached.
