The Fürstlich-Lippische government and display sheet was a newspaper that appeared from 1843 to 1877 and was the official communication organ of the Principality of Lippe . It followed the Lippe Intelligence papers . The sheet was printed in the Meyer'schen Hofbuchdruckerei , which had been based in Detmold since 1842 .

The newspaper appeared weekly from 1843 to 1863, twice a week from 1864–68 and three times a week from 1869–71. In 1872 the interval was increased again and the newspaper appeared on every working day including Saturday until it was discontinued. The government and advertisement sheet was Lippe's first daily newspaper. Before they were discontinued, the number of official and above all unofficial notices increased significantly. From 1878 onwards, the private advertisements appeared in a separate newspaper, the Lippische Landes-Zeitung , from then on official publications were published in the official gazette for the Principality of Lippe .
