Regina Harzer

Regina Harzer (* 1958 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German legal scholar .

Life

After studying German, philosophy, sociology, sports and law in Frankfurt am Main, she worked from 1989 to 1998 as a research assistant at the "Institute for Criminal Science and Legal Philosophy" at Goethe University . After obtaining her doctorate in 1994 and her habilitation in 1998, she has been teaching since 1998 as a professor for criminal law, criminal procedural law and legal philosophy at Bielefeld University .
