Regina Heiss (born June 1, 1960 in Zams ) is a former Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) and farmer. From 1986 to 1994, he was a member of the Austrian National Council .

After completing compulsory school, he attended the commercial school in Landeck and then passed the master craftsman's examination in rural housekeeping. He was then employed in the finance department of the municipality of Landeck from 1977 to 1978 and from 1978 worked as a commercial clerk at the Tiroler Wasserkraftwerke AG -Kaunertalkraftwerk.

In the political field, he first worked for the Tyrolean Young Farmers 'Union (farmers' union) as secretary and cashier and was local manager in Prutz between 1978 and 1987 . From 1981 to 1990 she held the function of district manager of the Landeck district, from 1981 to 1984 she was deputy regional manager of Tyrol and from 1984 to 1990 regional manager of Tyrol. Furthermore, he was a consultant in the regional management of the young ÖVP Tyrol from 1983 to 1991 and from 1985 chairwoman of the working group young farmers in the Austrian farmers' union. In 1991, he took over the role of regional party chairwoman of the ÖVP Tirol.

He was a member of the National Council between December 17, 1986 and November 6, 1994.
