Regine Sondermann

Regine Sondermann (born May 10, 1965 in Nördlingen ) is a German author and editor of a literary magazine. She lives in Magdeburg.

Live and act

Regine Sondermann studied Slavic, German and political science in Cologne and Berlin. She mainly dealt with the social upheavals after the fall of the Berlin Wall and participated in the publication ZeitStimmen. Considerations on the Wende literature . She has been working as a freelance writer since 1996. She writes novels, short stories and poetry. In 2010 she became a member of the authors' group "Typists Magdeburg", with whom she can often be seen at readings. With the singer and guitarist Martin Rühmann, she organized a series of reading concerts in schools and socio-cultural centers in Saxony-Anhalt in 2013 to provide information about the artist Elfriede Lohse-Wächtler , who was murdered in the Nazi campaign called T4 in euthanasia .
