Regional development cooperation Weserbergland plus

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The regional development cooperation Weserbergland plus is a cooperative group established in the 1990s in the districts of Hameln-Pyrmont , Holzminden and Schaumburg , and since 2006 also in the district of Nienburg / Weser . All districts are in the Weser Uplands .

The regional development concept of the cooperation requires, in addition to the aim of promoting regional small and medium-sized enterprises from supraregional sources and exploiting the location advantages of the individual districts, independent regional funding.

In the EU project ESSPO ( Efficient support services portfolio for SMEs , German as efficient support services collection for small and medium enterprises ) since 2017, the Regional Development Cooperation Weserbergland plus represents the Federal Republic of Germany, funded by the EU program INTERREG Europe.

Regional conferences are held at uneven intervals, addressed to regional decision-makers, but generally accessible to all interested citizens.
