Reichenbach is an impact crater to the east of the lunar front , southwest of Mare Fecunditatis , east of Neander crater and northwest of Stevinus . The crater is very badly eroded, the interior is largely flat.

The crater was officially named by the IAU in 1935 after the German optician and inventor Georg Friedrich von Reichenbach .
