Reichsgruppe Handwerk
The Reichsgruppe Handwerk was one of the seven Reichsgroups administratively divided into branches of industry at the time of National Socialism , which were subordinate to the Reich Chamber of Commerce .
Instead of economic groups, like the other groups, the Empire Reichsgruppe craft was divided in 52 Empire guild associations and nine separate sections. The individual guild associations were each responsible for one craft.
The subdivision into regional chambers of crafts was replaced in 1942 by the introduction of the district chambers of commerce .
