Reindeer's factory

Reindeer Werk was a performance artist duo that performed between 1972 and 1982.

The Reindeer Werk / Rentier Arbeit duo consisted of the Briton Thom Puckey (* 1948 in Bexleyheath ) and the Dane Dirk Larsen (* 1951 in Copenhagen ) and took part in documenta 6 in Kassel .

Puckey and Larsen put on non-theatrical performances in which behavior from extreme to self- harm was displayed . Active participation in the performance was expected from the audience. The aim was not to create a copy of reality, but to turn the performance into the experience of a new reality.
