Reiner Winkler
Reiner Winkler (* 1961 in Stadtallendorf ) is a German manager and CEO of MTU Aero Engines .
Winkler completed a degree in business administration at the Philipps University of Marburg / Lahn , which he graduated with a degree in business administration. Since May 2005 he has been a member of the Management Board of MTU Aero Engines, which he took over as Chairman of the Board in January 2014, succeeding Egon Behle .
Since joining MTU in 2001, Winkler has been Managing Director of Finance, Human Resources and IT. Before that, he was managing director of finance and controlling at TEMIC Telefunken microelectronic GmbH . Further professional positions were at Daimler-Benz AG and Siemens AG.
