Reinhard Ebersbach
Reinhard Ebersbach (born November 11, 1938 in Silesia ) is a politician of the SPD and was mayor and first mayor of Überlingen from 1969 to 1993 .
Born in Silesia, Reinhard Ebersbach studied law in Tübingen after the war. His work as an assistant to the then district administrator of the Überlingen district, Karl Schiess, finally brought him to Überlingen on Lake Constance. For the mayoral election in Überlingen in 1969, he decided to run against the incumbent mayor Wilhelm Schelle and won this election by only 37 votes.
