Reinhard Siemes
Reinhard Siemes (* 1940 in Remscheid ; † April 16, 2011 ) was a German copywriter.
Siemes worked for advertising agencies such as DDB -Düsseldorf, GGK Basel and GGK Düsseldorf. Since 1976 he worked in his own studio for advertising R. Siemes . He was a lecturer at several universities.
With his texts he has significantly shaped the advertising industry. In December 2010 he was honored for his life's work by the Art Directors Club for Germany (ADC). He was president for many years and later a board member of the ADC.
Siemes died on April 16, 2011 after a serious illness.
