Reinhard Uppenkamp

Reinhard Uppenkamp (born April 14, 1950 in Düsseldorf ) is a German manager .

Career

Uppenkamp studied chemistry in Düsseldorf and Cologne and submitted his doctoral thesis in 1978 at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. From 1980 to 1988 he worked for Hoechst AG, among other things as head of the field service of the pharmaceutical division. In 1989 he went to Schwarz Pharma in Monheim am Rhein and in 1994 as a board member for marketing and sales at the pharmaceutical company Madaus in Cologne. In 1997 he moved to the board of directors of Berlin-Chemie and has been chairman of the board since 2002.

He is a member of the Presidium of the IHK Berlin and a member of the board of trustees of the Robert Koch Foundation and the Beuth University of Applied Sciences Berlin . For the city of Berlin he is the ambassador of the corporate program Success Factor Family.
