The reply AG (formerly Syskoplan AG ), headquartered in Gütersloh was a listed subsidiary of the Italian IT service provider Reply . In December 2013 the company was merged with the Italian parent company and now acts as its subsidiary.

The company sees itself as a software integrator, consulting partner and outsourcing service provider. According to the market research company Lünendonk, Reply Deutschland has been one of the 25 largest IT consulting firms and system integrators in Germany since 2008 .

Activity and metrics

The company is organized in a network with various legally independent companies in which Reply holds the majority. These companies typically have an industry or technology focus. Reply AG's customers include medium-sized and large companies from many industries.

In 2012, before the merger with Reply SpA, the company with around 400 employees generated sales of EUR 59.2 million. The EBIT was EUR 2.77 million.

history

The company was founded in 1983 as Syskoplan GmbH by Manfred Wassel , who until then was head of system technology at Bertelsmann . In 2000, the company was converted into a stock corporation, whose shares were traded for the first time on the Neuer Markt of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in November .

In December 2005 the Italian Reply SpA took over 53.9% of the syskoplan shares. On April 5, 2006, Syskoplan took over MacrosInnovation GmbH from Munich, and on January 7, 2007, Xuccess Consulting GmbH from Munich.

Based on a resolution passed by the Annual General Meeting on June 29, 2011, Syskoplan was renamed Reply Deutschland on July 29, 2011. The Reply Group bundles its German business under this umbrella brand. Riverland Reply GmbH and Live Reply GmbH have also been part of Reply Deutschland since August 1st, 2011. The name Syskoplan will be continued in the name of the Syskoplan Reply business unit, under which the group bundles its SAP business. In December 2013 Reply Deutschland AG was merged with the Italian parent company ; the remaining free shareholders receive shares in Reply SpA
