Reto Bolli (born March 2, 1979 ) is a former Swiss soccer goalkeeper .

Career

Reto Bolli started his professional career with clubs in southern Switzerland , the Ticino . At FC Locarno (1999–2002), AC Bellinzona (2002–2004) and FC Lugano (2004–2006) he played as a regular goalkeeper in the Challenge League . Since joining FC Schaffhausen , he has mainly acted as a reserve goalkeeper, which also applied to his penultimate employer, FC St. Gallen (since 2008). In the 2009/2010 season he took on the role of "Cup goalkeeper" at FC St. Gallen and played number "1" in the knockout competition.

Bolli had a contract in St. Gallen until June 30, 2011. For the second half of the 2010/11 season, however, he was loaned to the second division FC Aarau. Bolli ended his active career in August 2013, but has since taken on the role of team manager at the FC Aarau games to support head coach René Weiler.
