Life
Rex Piano studied at the Graduate School of Arts and Science at New York University . His film career began as a director for commercials before he started making films for Fangoria Magazine . 1987 Rex moved to Los Angeles , where he production manager ( Head of Production ) at Associated Television International was. In Hollywood , Piano began directing syndicated series such as Air America , Mike Hammer, Private Eye and the Palm Beach Duo . In 2000 he achieved international fame as a film director with the romantic comedy The Month of August .
