Reyhan is a Turkish female given name of Arabic origin ( Arabic ريحان).

The name originally comes from Arabic, where it denotes fragrance, smell . With this meaning it occurs in the Koran in the Ar-Rahmān-Surah . Because of this, aromatic plants such as Indian basil were called Reyhan in Turkey and Raihan in the Arab world . There is also the Rejhan font style .
