Koran passage in the Rejhani style (14th century)

Rejhan , also Reyhan (i) , Rayhani or Rihan (ريحان, DMG Raiḥān ), is one of the six canonical fonts of Perso-Arabic calligraphy .

The word Rejhan means basil in Arabic and Persian . Rejhan is a variant of the Muhaqqaq script and includes all the features of the same, but is finer than these and is therefore compared to flowers and leaves (basil).
