Rheinfluss ( spelling RheinFluss , subtitle magazine for people living on the Rhine: from the sources to the confluence with Lake Constance ) was a magazine that was distributed in the regions of the Alpine Rhine . The four-color print medium was published four times a year from autumn 2008 to March 2012 with an annual circulation of 120,000 copies (30,000 per issue).
The magazine had its catchment area in the Swiss cantons of Graubünden and St. Gallen as well as in the Principality of Liechtenstein and the Austrian state of Vorarlberg .
The magazine tried with cultural, historical and economic articles to promote cross-border thinking and to create a regional identity .

content
Rheinfluss was published in German with one page in English. In addition to general topics, every issue of the magazine dealt with news and mostly with one or more main topics such as energy, nature, education, spatial planning, social affairs, economy, education or recycling, church, media landscape. These topics were deepened with the history, connections and development as well as the identity of the countries of Vorarlberg, Principality of Liechtenstein, St. Gallen and Graubünden.
