Rhenish quarterly sheets

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Rheinische Vierteljahrsblätter , or RhVjbll for short, are a historical specialist journal on regional studies in the Rhineland .

It was published for the first time in 1931, initially on a quarterly basis, and was published for the Institute for Historical Regional Studies of the Rhineland by Adolf Bach , Josef Müller and Franz Steinbach at Ludwig Röhrscheid Verlag. When it was later changed to an annual publication, the name was retained due to the professional recognition that it had acquired in the meantime. For years the magazine has been published by the Department of Rhenish Regional History of the Institute for History of the University of Bonn at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn .

Since December 2016, the years 1994 to 2014 have been part of the digital collections of the University and State Library Bonn and are therefore publicly accessible, provided that the respective authors have consented to an online publication.
