Rhenish archive day
The Rhenish Archives Day (RAT) is a regional conference of archivists in the Rhineland that has been held annually since 1967 . The meeting serves for technical discussion and the exchange of experiences. In early summer, invitations to different conference locations are held for thematically defined lectures and discussion forums. The archive day is organized by the LVR archive advice and training center , an institution of the Rhineland Regional Council , in cooperation with the respective host municipality.
