Giuma Ahmed Abdallah Attaiga ( Arabic جمعة أحمد عبد الله عتيقة, DMG Ǧumʿa Aḥmad ʿAbd Allāh ʿAtīqa , * 1950 in Misurata , Kingdom of Libya ) is a Libyan politician who acted temporarily as the provisional head of state of Libya from May 28, 2013. His successor is Nuri Abu Sahmein.

In the election for the Libyan National Congress on July 7, 2012, Giuma Attaiga was elected as an independent congressman. On August 10th he was elected Vice President of the General National Congress. Giuma Attaiga became President of this Congress after the resignation of President Mohamed Yusuf al Magariaf . As head of state through Prime Minister Ali Seidan , he also became commander-in-chief of the army .
