Muhammad az-Zaruq Rajab or Muhammad Zarouk Rajab (محمد الزروق رجب, DMG Muḥammad az-Zarūq Raǧab ; * 1940 ) was head of state and prime minister of Libya .

Rajab was General Secretary of the General People's Congress from January 7, 1981 to February 15, 1984 de jure head of state of Libya. He was then Prime Minister of Libya from February 16, 1984 to March 3, 1986 . Before that, he had been the country's finance minister since 1976.
