Jadullah Azzuz at-Talhi (جاد الله عزوز الطلحي, DMG Ǧādullāh ʿAzzūz aṭ-Ṭalḥī ; *?) was Prime Minister of Libya .

at-Talhi, chairman of the General People's Committee , was from March 1, 1979 to February 16, 1984 and in a second term from March 3, 1986 to March 1, 1987 Secretary General of the General People's Committee in Libya and thus Libya's Prime Minister . From 1987 to 1990 he was the country's foreign minister .
