Abd ar-Razzaq as-Sausa ( Arabic عبد الرزاق الصوصاع, DMG ʿAbd ar-Razzāq aṣ-Ṣawṣāʿ ) was head of state of Libya .

As-Sausa was General Secretary of the General People's Congress from October 7, 1990 to November 18, 1992, de jure head of state of Libya.
