The residential building Rheydter Straße 62 is in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ) in the northeast of the Westend district .
The building was built around the turn of the century. It was entered under no. R 032 on January 26, 1989 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .
architecture
These are eaves permanent , three-storey three-window bay house with central axis emphasis . Built at the end of the 19th century, is run by a gable roof crowned. Worth preserving because of its integration into the historical ensemble and documentation of the historical appearance of Rheydter Straße, which has been greatly reduced in its old stock.
