Richard Albrecht (District Director)
Richard Albrecht (* around 1843; † 1908 ) was a German administrative officer.
Life
Richard Albrecht studied at the Justus Liebig University in Giessen . In 1863 he became a member of the Corps Hassia Gießen . After completing his studies, he became an administrative officer and entered the administrative service of the realm of Alsace-Lorraine . From 1882 to 1884 he was district director of the Forbach district . Most recently he lived as a Privy Councilor in Strasbourg until his death in 1908 .
