Richard Damberger

Richard Damberger (born August 29, 1932 in Salzburg ; † February 5, 1990 there ) was an Austrian painter.

Damberger completed an apprenticeship as a sign painter , after which he worked in this profession and as a graphic artist. It wasn't until 1972 that he began to paint. He became known for his watercolors , and later oil paintings were added. The State Museum of Upper Austria acquired works by Richard Damberger in 1977.
