Richard Heis
Richard Heis (born April 14, 1948 ) is an Austrian politician ( FPÖ ) and has been a member of the Tyrolean state parliament since 2008 .
Heis attended a middle school and, after attending the police school, worked as an officer in the Tyrolean Financial Directorate. Between January 1971 and December 2003 he was employed in the Innsbruck Police Department. Heis has been an independent gardener since then. Heis has been a member of the Innsbruck municipal council since April 2006 and holds the position of FPÖ city party chairman within the party. Since July 1st, 2008 he has represented the FPÖ in the Tyrolean state parliament.
