Richard Wilson, Baron Wilson of Dinton
Richard Thomas James Wilson, Baron Wilson of Dinton GCB (born October 11, 1942 in Glamorgan ) is a British politician and member of the House of Lords .
Wilson was Cabinet Secretary from 1998 to 2002 and Masters at Emmanuel College , Cambridge from 2002 to 2012 . After resigning as Cabinet Secretary, he was promoted to life peer on November 18, 2002 as Baron Wilson of Dinton , of Dinton in the County of Buckinghamshire. Since then he has been a crossbencher in the House of Lords .
