The guidelines for securing workplaces on roads ( RSA for short ) are a technical set of rules valid in Germany and were published by the Federal Ministry of Transport in February 1995 (VkBl. 7/1995), the original version was created in 1980. The guideline describes the traffic law safeguards for Jobs on and on the streets. It applies on all public roads in Germany and is part of the administrative regulation for road traffic regulations .

The content is divided into four sections, which also represent the areas of application of the guideline. Part A deals with general information such as basic terms, traffic signs and barrier materials. Part B regulates workplaces on inner-city streets.
