Rick Sloan

Rick Sloan (actually Richard Donald Sloan; born November 10, 1946 in Fullerton , California ) is a former American decathlete .

In 1968 he qualified second in the US eliminations for the Olympic Games in Mexico City , where he was seventh with 7692 points.

His personal best of 8051 points (7951 points in today's rating) he set up on June 8, 1969 in Los Angeles .
