Ridwān
Ridwān ( Arabic رضوان, DMG Riḍwān ) is, according to Islamic tradition, an angel who guards the gates to paradise . In one story, the devil sneaked past him with the help of the snake and was able to seduce Adam to eat from the forbidden tree .
His counterpart is Malik , who guards hell . The name Ridwan is also a popular male given name.
