The Rime Crests (English for Rime Peaks ) comprise five mountain peaks in the eastern part of Coronation Island in the archipelago of the South Orkney Islands . They rise up on the eastern flank of Sunshine Glacier .
Scientists from the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey took surveys between 1948 and 1949. It is named after the thick hoar frost with which the peaks are covered.
