The ringing is a term from the hunter language . Here, before or during the break- open, a loaf hole trigger or alternatively a knife is used to hygienically remove the rectum of the game's body.

method

The game can be curled up before or during the break-up. To do this, for example, you grab the deer by the frond and insert the woad hole trigger so deep into the body opening of the same name until the prongs hook into the rectum. By using the ring aid, the bladder in the pelvic canal cannot be injured. Now the Waidloch release is turned several times around the longitudinal axis, similar to a corkscrew, so that the connective tissue between the intestine and the pelvis is loosened. Before the rectum is sharpened, the solution beads are stripped off. Alternatively, the loaf hole can be removed with a knife. To do this, cut into the skin around the Waidloch towards the pelvic canal. This loosens the rectum and can easily be pulled out. An alternative to this would be to break the lock.

Positive impact

The ringing has a positive effect on the further utilization of game meat and prevents the legs from drying out during cooling and maturing.
