action

15-year-old Yu-Na suffers greatly from the fact that her mother lives in Germany. She is also constantly angry with her three annoying brothers who want to protect her from everyone. In addition, her classmate Marie Park wants to relax her gullible crush Ga-Hyun So and make her bad with him. She escapes from Korea and decides to go to her mother in Bavaria. During a visit to Neuschwanstein Castle, she falls into the Pöllat Gorge, but is rescued by a young knight in medieval clothes. In return for the way home, he wants Yu-Na to come with him and become the Queen of Fantasma and bring back spring. However, she travels back to Korea and forgets the incident until the man appears in her dreams and asks her to come back. When she visits her mother again in Germany six months later, the knight reappears and takes Yu-Na with him to Fantasma.

Yu-Na finds himself in a medieval castle in the dead of winter, where only the knight, who introduces himself as Rieno, and his horse Faffner live. Rieno explains to Yu-Na that she is now the queen of Fantasma (a parallel universe to our world) and that only she can bring back spring by becoming happy. Rieno is the only one who is awake in winter, while all other people are deeply asleep thanks to Heaven's sleep aid. During this time, Reno must find a new queen who can bring spring back to Fantasma.

Yu-Na thinks Rieno is a mad kidnapper and tries to escape by giving Rieno a large dose of the heavenly sleeping pill. During her escape, however, she notices that she is not in her world, gets lost in the snow and is attacked by dark beings until she can barely move and almost freezes to death. Fortunately, Rieno rode in at this moment, who is actually immune to the sleeping pill and only passed out briefly because of the high dose, and saves Yu-Na.

For the time being, Yu-Na comes to terms with her fate and stays with Rieno, with whom she gets on better and better, despite his hypothermic nature, until spring gradually comes.

After the snow has disappeared and everything has bloomed, a rescuer who introduces herself as Hermione appears with her entourage at Rieno's castle and takes Yu-Na with her to Elisanne, the capital of Fantasma, where she is to be crowned. Yu-Na resists and wants to stay with Rieno. Rieno then comes to Yu-Na's room, where she locks herself in and kisses her. Here he gives her the heavenly sleeping pill again so that Hermione can take her to Elisanne.

Once in Elisanne, Yu-Na receives three protection knights. First and foremost, they are there to make the queen fall in love. Since all the other residents of Fantasma slept in the winter, Yu-Na and Rieno were alone, so that Yu-Na fell in love with him, like all the other queens before her. Because of this love, spring came and it will last forever when Yu-Na falls in love with one of the guard knights. Yu-Na also has to assert himself against Prime Minister Kent and the evil Princess Libera because Libera wants to be the Queen and take Rieno as her knight.
