Architecture and history
The small half-timbered residential building was built in 1665 and is listed in the Quedlinburg monument register. On the half-timbered facade there is the half- timbered motif of the half man and an ankle band. The threshold is decorated with ship throats . There are also profiled fillers . The building also has a half-timbered side wing covered with a mansard roof .
The vacant building is in great need of renovation. The renovation began in 2012/13.
