Knightly order of the ladies of the sash
The Knightly Order of the Ladies of the Sash was founded in 1388 by Don Juan I of Castile .
Whether it is a renewal of the already by Alfonso XI. It is an order founded by Castile in 1330 and named as the Order of Sashes, or whether there were two separate orders , cannot be clarified. This sash order was the reason for the foundation of similar orders. The Knightly Order of the Ladies of the Sash was intended for the brave defenders and conquerors of the English.
The medal was a gold field armband. All women of this order enjoyed the same privileges and privileges as the knights of the order of the armband .
